Refunds from SHEIN

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same awful customer service from shein re refunds? First order to see what the hype was to be honest its poor quality, so returned most of it... Almost 6 weeks still waiting for refund even though acknowledged its back with them...

I've returned purchases twice without problems. First time I got a bit annoyed that it was difficult to get the process started, second time was a breeze as I knew where to find it.

Sorry you're having a tricky experience. Is there a box somewhere that you can click for an update?

Hi ive emailed and they just say wait, within their webpage it just shows the same pending. Can i ask how long you waited?

IIRC it was about three weeks. I was surprised, as I think they said it could be up to six? Maybe give it another week, then start harassing them on Twitter ... Hope your refund shows up in the next couple of days 🤞🏻

I pay via klarna, that way you can make sure you receive your refund via them.
