Recently opened my M&S app (regularly use it) to find I was somehow logged out... ok, I've got autofill for my details so tried to log back in. 'Password incorrect' er odd but ok - so I did a simple 'request a reset email'. Except I never get the reset email.
I've done it several times - on the app, on the website, and now once via a link their general customer service team has sent me. No reset email! I don't think they even listened to me when I rung the telephone helpline, because they've only emailed me the link to that 'forgot password?' page, which I can access anyway.
The Help contact page has been completely useless, several of the links require me to (ha) log in! There isn't even a section for Account Issues, etc.
ANYONE know how on earth I email a department remotely capable of understanding this tech problem?!
