Jane or Phil and Teds

My daughter is 4 this year so we're coming towards the end of pushchair use for now at least but we are going to Disney for 2 weeks and I don't want to be buggyless for the airport and around the parks.
So I am thinking I need a three wheeler for the air tyres to keep with the weight, I suspect my 5 year old will want to occasionally sit in it too.
I was thinking either a 2nd hand Jane Powertrack, about £150 they seem to go for or else a P&T with the doubles kit because I could throw all the bags and bits in the back and they seem to go for the same as the singles on ebay.
Anyone tried both, is one clearly a better idea than the other ?
Thanks
K

or you could hire a buggy at the park

seems like a lot of money for one trip

I agree, hire buggies at the park and get the girls those trunkie(sp?) suitcases to ride on at the airport if they get tired

The Jane is very roomy, but heavy and huge. And the Phil and Teds seat is actually quite small. I was contemplating getting one for my very small 3 year old dd but she looked squashed and uncomfortable. I think hiring one there is probably the best bet.

A 4 year old would be really uncomfortable in the P&T, IMO. Ds1 (a small 23 month old) is rather squashed in ours and too tall for the hood and raincover. Very heavy too.

I had a Jane Slalom pushchair (single) and now a P&T (double). Jane is much easier to push and better built (but has a tiny shopping basket), the P&T is better off road (if you remove mudguards).

Don't think I'd buy either in your situation though.
