I need new buggy...tell me what to buy

I've got a cheap stroller tye thing, but wheels are crap and hard to push.

Am expecting DB2 in September, DD will be 2yo then. I want something smaller than a travel system (had a mothercare trenton deluxe, WAY too big) but suitable from birth, and can take a buggy board, but a bit more sturdy than a stroller, and not too heavy.

And not too pricey

Any ideas?

M&P pramette or P3 if you're not bothered about rear facing or techno xt.
