I have exactly that, and use this ---
cgi.ebay.nl/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250228777785&ssPageName=MERCOSI_VI_ROSI_PR4_P CNBIX&refitem=160224140676&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=closedviewitem&refwidgettype=osiwidget&trks id=p284.m185&trkparms=algo%3DSI%26its%3DI%252BIA%26itu%3DIA%252BUCI%26otn%3D4%26ps%3D41

Sorry! Not very good with the link attaching. Basically, look up the :
Lascal Buggy Board Basic.
About 40euros (I live in Holland, but am sure it must be available all over)

I have had our pramette in the Pram position for the last four months, and it has just been changed to buggy position. Works fine with both.
You do need long arms (as with all buggy boards I think!), but no probs at all for my oldest to stand quite comfortably. Hope that helps!!(!)

Just found a million different versions on Amazon.co.uk - so definitely available!

yep my friend also uses one,but only for short journeys as she has to really stretch to reach the handles, and its really not comfy

I've got used to it, and will happily use mine for long periods of time in town etc.... I do feel like I am pushing a tank around though, or a small ship(!)

We have just bought a pramette and my dd (3.9) can quite happily stand on the built-in step at the back, so I won't have to get a buggy board. It is great because it means that I won't be stretching over a buggy board- I always think of how much it must make your back ache when I see people hunched over their buggyboards.

you cant use the step on the back when its in pram mode though,
