I’ve just gone to pick up an order from a H&M store, and for the second day in a row the pickup lockers aren’t working. Staff can’t assist as they can’t access them either. I phoned H&M customer service, thinking they would fast-ship a replacement to me given that my order is supposedly available for collection now. Nope!
My options were to have them cancel my order and get a refund, or cancel myself and get a refund or re-order (who’s to say the same thing wouldn’t happen again in two weeks’ time!). So they could do nothing for me that I couldn’t do myself.
I’m so disappointed - I wanted that dress for a weekend away tomorrow 😭
Is it unreasonable to expect more from a retailer than this?
