Remarkable 2 or kindle scribe

Has anyone bought one of these recently? Or similar item.

Any pros and cons or anything unexpected from them?

I'm reading through online reviews but struggling to pick!

Slightly late to this party but I have just got one and love it. I got a reconditioned Remarkable 2 with the upgraded pen and a cheap but very pretty case from Amazon. It is able to turn my incomprehensible scribble into text and it is great for annotating PDFs. It's kind to my eyes as it's not backlit and the battery lasts ages. It really does feel like writing on paper. You can rest your arm on it and everything. Very clever.
