Baby bjorn carrier - how does the rain cover attach?

I have an old version of the baby bjorn carrier which I got third hand. Need a cover for it to use outdoors.

Just need to know if the ones for sale are compatible with this - how do they attach?

Can anyone who's got one advise?

it threads onto the bit which clips on to the butto n bit u should be able to use it on the older model which doesn't have the button but has the toggle

are you sure you need a cover though? I've always just put baby in a snowsuit type thing if weather totally foul or wrapped my coat round her, with her wearing a hat if just a bit dodgy. Summer holidaying in Scotland I used the all in one suit - but with nothing on except a nappy and she was fine - that is Scotland in August for you

thanks babyjjbaby - if it just threads on it will be fine - yes mine fastens with a toggle thro a loop and then a popper.

yes know what you mean NL, but I dont want him getting too hot all wrapped up in a snowsuit what with spring coming, want something to be able to put over him in case it rains while I'm out

I have one of the waterproof all in one's - know what you mean about Scotland in August! But want something to throw over him while in the sling.
