I know what I don't want!!!

NOT CHOCOLATE BROWN LEATHER, or beige/cream or any other shade of brown.

I Don't want leather at all actually

I want a corner sofa, red or russetty colours, preferably in some sort of patterned or textured fabric, possibly washable. Price is not that important tbh.

I have looked at DFS, Furniture Village, John Lewis, M&S.

I quite like Tetrad sofas, not keen on ther leather/fabric combo, but like thier mix of fabrics.

ANY OTHER IDEAS OUT THERE?????

we used DFS,and found them fine, we got ours on 0%finance,but didnt realise until we got the sofa that the guy had put it through that we would pay the balance in 6m,we wanted to pay over 18m!!!
quite a difference considering it cost £1500!
is a lovely sofa tho lol.

sushistar · 31/03/2008 21:03

Ikea?

I found DFS very expensive and found the same sofa in a local independant store £400 cheaper - thats quite a lot of money to pay for interest free credit!

ANy others?? DOn't really like Ikea on the quality front, I want a really long lasting sofa and I don't think they are. I think I need to visit Sofa WOrkshop as I couldn't see much on their website to inspire me

We just got a Tetrad sofa from freecycle ; it is v squishy and nice, but the cushions collapse if you so much as look at them, so a lot of turning and bashing is involved, but it's worth it.

It has 2 sets of covers, one smooth and one velvety - I think they do usually come with 2 sets? Def better than our usual quality anyway
