i sold an item to a fellow mumsnetter recorded delivery 27th february, they've just got in touch today to say it hasn't arrived. i can't find the recorded delivery slip as i assumed it arrived as i hadn't heard it hadn't and the item wasn't returned back to me.
is there any way of chasing up with royal mail without a recorded delivery receipt?? help please!
