Hi there, looking for a bit of help, I have recently purchased an item from vinted, it’s a little girls coat which is usually expensive (around 250-300 pounds) and was listed for around £70. I checked the description & it stated it was in very good condition, gorgeous and genuine. I’ve received it this morning and it’s genuine, yes but nothing else, it has multiple pen marks and scuffs that will soon turn into holes, there’s been a major repair to the arm and it’s at the front so very noticeable, it’s absolutely filthy and heavily discoloured all over the jacket not just sleeves etc, and usually I’d try stain remover and wash it but there are issues that I just don’t think a good scrub will help. Personally I sell a lot on vinted and my ‘very good’ items are almost new, I also list all defects if any but this person hasn’t. I’m happy to pay return costs but I have a feeling this seller will cause issues she has already previously messed the order up by sending it to someone else and caused a drama over it. Has anyone had this experience and been refused a refund?
