Hi, I am new to Mumsnet, I have been using Vinted for some time now, and my parcel tracking has not updated in around 100 hours (4 days), since the 19th of March. This happened last year as well and I emailed the same support email as I did last time (not that Vinted customer support is any help tbh I feel it is just automated responses to every query), and just got an email saying that the issue is resolved - which it is not?! Has anyone had a similar issue with Inpost and Vinted before? I have also contacted Inpost today and yesterday but they just repeated what I can see on my tracking.
