Can't figure out the rain-cover at all for push-chair mode (lie-flat position). It looks like a (poorly fitting)space-bubble. Should the elastic ribbons go at the handle-bar end or 'feet/wheels-end'. Also it's v. bulky to carry around on off-chance of rain. Do any of the universal ones do the business?

Otherwise, love the 3D to bits, but this has started to grate now I'm using the pram bit less.

i had a 3d, the handle bar end is the bit with the velcro flap and you put velcro tabs round front wheels bars, it does fit well although it can gather water on the top of the cot but found that with my first wheels carrycot too!
its not too bulky i used to fold mine round the seams and tread on it, could fit it in shopping basket with a small bag, space is tight tho!

oh, I thought the flap was for baby-poking (checking ) purposes! Still interested in the universal question if anyone knows, as I'm greedy for shopping basket-space

yeah you can still poke and check baby with the flap! if you look on the kiddicare website ( i think, i've seen them somewhere but cant think where!?) they have a universal one that can be used in pram mode then pushchair.

Brilliant, just tried it and is much better. Had a feeling I was doing something wrong. The rainhood can scrunch-up by the handle-bars while still fitted, now I'm fitting it correctly, which is perfect for these horrid on/off showers.

I keep mine on scrunched up at the hood in this weather. DOn't know how you can reach the baby through the flap though unless you have the hood off
