first time buyer on vinted. Bought 2 items separately that came with an authenticity certificate and the serial number on the items matched the certificates. Items posted but not yet received.
i have spoken to Van cleef directly today and they checked the serial numbers. A big surprise 🙄 but they don’t match. They match to items in that collection but not that item.
i have contacted both buyers. 1st one said send it back.
second one said send it back but don’t open it as they packaged properly. I paid for the buyer guarantee.
am I covered? What do I do? I’m a genuine buyer and the items were shown as genuine items not counterfeit! Obviously I can’t do anything until I received it.
hate the fact I have been scammed 😠but hoping I can get my money back.
