We need a new hob to fit into the worktop, and are thinking induction, plus a freestanding extractor fan.
The kitchen has to abide by food safety rules as in the summer we run a cafe from it... so I need something to fit in with stainless steel surfaces.
Are induction hobs all similar? How about a nice quiet extractor? Anyone got one?
