a saucepan set he wants some good quality saucepans, not too expensive (£70 limit)

and in return I have promised not to use them. any ideas?

stellar pans are fantastic, but you won;t get a lot for #70

we got them when we got married,and i won a set on here too through a competion with blueshoots... they are fab, and i love them

circulon also good too

I love our Meyer ones. I think they have a ten or twenty year guarantee and were about £50 about five years ago. They're probably about £80-90 now. They clean brilliantly in the dishwasher and look as good as the day we bought them.

These John Lewis Classics are my favourite everyday pans. I recommended them on another thread earlier today!

I've had mine for 10 years and they are in perfect condition. The heavy bottoms make them excellent for all round cooking on any heat source (mine are on an aga).

I have two kitchen aid ones which I adore and use nonstop - pricey (were gifts) and dh not allowed to touch them lol
