Internal and external car cam?

I need to buy car dash cam as soon as possible for work.

I need an internal and external (front and rear) dash cam recommendations please. Extra brownie points for cheaper the better. Something reliable . Any recommendations would be gratefully received .

Thanks for your reply. I think yours is just an internal one? was looking for one that did internal and external all in one if possible. Surely someone will have one they recommend?
