Hi, just wondering if I've been very unlucky or is their customer service usually rubbish?
I ordered a Bushbaby backpack a couple of weeks ago and was sent a email saying that they were out of stock but had ordered more, ok fine. I then asked when they would have them as I wanted it for the Easter weekend and the reply came back that they should have them the end of last week so no problem. By Tuesday when no dispatch notice had arrived by ten to five I rang them and was told it had benn dispatched, next day still no dispatch notice ring again, they said that it has been dispatch we'll check the tracking and call you back in ten minutes. They didn't call back so two hours later I rang again but there was a reply, I left a garbled message on the answerphone and then emailed to find out what was going on. I finally got a reply this afternoon to say that it won't be here until Tuesday. When I asked they said that it was sent out on Tuesday but "must have missed the post". So I'm left with no backpack for the weekend and a "sorry" that doesn't solve anything. I am really p**ed off with them.
