DD has a cheap swimming cap that I can't even get on her head with out her screaming. But she swimms alot and has got earache twice this year I known a cap won't keep out all the water but hoping it will help. If only I can find a comfortable one for her. Please help

Could you try earplugs instead?

Have you been told by a GP to keep water out of her ears? Earache could be caused by a lot of other factors.

No such thing, I'm afraid. But I don't think it would make any difference to ear ache anyway - most earaches are caused by bacterial infections. I know someone who uses one of these, though. Might it be better than a cap?

Has got an ear infection and we have been told no swimming for a week. dd is now not a happy bunny as she lives for swimming. Just wondering for the future how to avoid to much water in the ears.
Great looking band but does the affect the hearing lots.

a silicone one is nice and comfy - well as comfy as they can be
