Need to buy new lightweight stroller - please help

I need a lightweight stroller as an extra when going on vacation, shopping etc.
It needs to:

1. Recline fully
2. Be comfy for my baby
3. Both parents are tall, so the handles must be adjustable or made for tall people
4. Shadow for the sun

Any good recommandations?
