It seems to be missing a ball!!!

Has anyone bought a Superplexus?
like this one from ToysRUs . It's like a 3D maze only the one we ahve doesn't seem to have a ball bearing in it.

If you have one could you please check and see if the ball is loose or do you think it could be hidden somewhere???
