I cannot cook a roast. Simple as that. BUT I managed a superb turkey at christmas with the help of a turkey from sainsburys with, what my DH simply called "a thermometer up its bum". It was a little pin type thing that popped up when the turkey was cooked. Fantastic thing. Now I've stupidly invited my family over for Easter lunch, expecting them to say no. ARGH! They are all coming! PLease someone, tell me where I can find this thermometer!!!
