M&S Online Sale - Anyone Else Not received any of their Order

I order Sale items from M&S online at the beginning of March - None of the 13 items have been delivered - the estimated delivery date is now 22 May - I have spoken to customer services - none of the items are in stock they were never in stock and never will be - am I just unlucky with all 13 items or have others had the same. Thanks

This is normally the case with M&S sales

However this time around I was gobsmacked when all my items have been sent - got them on Tuesday.

I've had this with M&S before, so don't bother with their online sale anymore. They don't actually ever contact you to tell you that your order won't be fulfilled, you have to ask for yourself...now there's customer service!

M&S rejigged their computers last year and now their online sales are shite. I was told that until all of your order is inthe same place at the same time, nothing will be sent to you, so your delivery date will continually be put back until sometime after your death from old age, or until you have to cancel the order because you have lost your job from taking all the time off to wait for deliveries cancelled on the day and now can no longer afford food let alone farking clothes.

Do what I do, get the details online then phone your local M&S and order them for collection.

Quick update - just had an email from M&S saying that they have despatched 4 of the items that they told me this morning I would not get and that they are being sent today with a confirmed delivery date of yesterday - I shall await with interest.

Another person here whose entire order has suddenly changed to a delivery date of end of May which is unlikely, given that this is all end-of-season stock! The person I spoke to on the phone to "cancel" the order could only agree with me.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Twenty items are now expected 20th may. Doesn't sound very hopeful does it?
