Just bought a Gaggia Classic coffee machine - had started the order online, then decided wanted to see it in the flesh, so completed the order later. For some reason it was declined, so I phoned customer service. This was last Sunday - lovely man took my details, and though the price had since gone up, immediately said I could have the lower price (without me having to ask). They then phoned on Monday to tell us DHL had picked it up, and it's here today! (Would have been yesterday, but no-one was in to sign for it). I was just so impressed with the service (and the price) that I thought they deserved a recommendation: Peter Maturi. Yorkshire people probably know the shops...
