Help needed! I have googled and can't seem to come up with an answer!
I posted a Vinted item 2 weeks ago and it arrived at the designated shop 9 days ago. The buyer hasn't collected. I have politely prompted them, but it appears they haven't been online . I am wondering what happens now, will they receive a refund? What happens to the item?
