I am trying to acquire an oioi change bag as a gift for a friend who is pg - no probs you might think, just get on t'internet and flex some plastic.
But no.
A week after placing my order, received a call that the bag had gone to the wrong address so would be delayed.
A week after this I think hmm will give them a call. I am told (by e-mail 48 hours later)it will be re-sent.
A week later no bag. I call and am told it was re-sent, they will look into it.
Next day get an email asking if I recognise the name of the person who signed for it, which I don't.
Next day I get an email asking which bag I have received so they can arrange for the correct one to be sent. I reply slightly hysterically that "I have no bag - no bag has yet been received - where is my bag???"
Today I got an email saying they are arranging a credit to my card. Do they not want to sell me one?
I know I should just let this go but I'm strangely interested to see how it will play out - have emailed back saying I haven't asked for a credit (yet) just want the bag . Shall I regret this?
