I've got their first stage one and have been very happy with it but I think you might be asking about the next size up.

I have one which i got from Argos, i think its a stage 3 (age 4+) its ok but i find the cover comes loose and sometimes slips off the head rest.

Thankyou. Yes looking at group 1 car seats. Have now fallen in love with the maxi cosi priorifix due to it's safeness. It's £200 but does very well with the Which? Crash Tests.

Not sure that the White Witch's sleigh had three point seat-belts.........

I bought two nania 9mnths to 12 years seats. The cover keeps sliding off hte base which gets rather annoying, and the buckle actually wore out on one of them, and wouldn't do up any more. I think they are chea for a reason. We only really bought them for holidays as they are a lot lighter than the Bebe confort ones we had before.

Right well that has definitely decided it then. I began my search thinking, 'all car seats have to be safe right? No matter what the price?' Then after seeing tests on Which? website I thought id def go for one of the safest (it might actually be the safest)

Thanks for advice guys...

I have one that I only bought in november and the buckle has stopped working already!! Its a 0 to 4 size and I did hope it would last til 4 years not 7 months!!! Not impressed!!!

I got one for DD when she was 6 months. Was one that went rear facing and then swapped to forward. Seatbelt clips for rear facing snapped just as she was ready to go forward facing, then when I took covers off to wash a couple of months later all of the polystyrene blocks had come loose from the plastic shell, and one of the side wings had come loose from the main body of the chair. Went straight in the bin. Not only false economy, but not safe either. I would def. get britax or a maxi. My sons britax (which he vacated in a hurry after the nania got chucked) has now seen 4 years of daily service and is still working perfectly, with all clips, buckles etc OK.
