Lego Star Wars 2 - Help For DS

DS loves playing Lego Star Wars 2. He keeps asking me about these little white boxes that appear everyso often when something gets blown up. They have a little purple picture on them.

Any help would be appreciated by him and lets be honest, DH.

there are 3 in some levels, find all 3 and you get a mini-kit piece. You collect these and when you have enough you get a ship floating around in Mos Eisley. It doesn't do anything. the purple picture is a monkey.

That explains where all the ships outside Mo Eisleys came from and why I hear 'Mummmy they don't do anything and they won't blow up.'
