How can I complain about a delivery? I've searched the website with no luck. Tried phoning my local sorting office (which is less than half a mile away) but the waiting queue was over 1 hour.
Basically the Amazon next day premium delivery is now 3 days late. I thought this was an Amazon problem, as nothing ever arrives next day. Does anyone get next day delivery from Amazon anymore?
However, Royal Mail send me a text saying it would be delivered at 7.30pm. Then texted at 6.55pm saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. At 6.55pm I was saying goodbye to my Mum and no post man or post van drove down our lane. So how can I complain? Also we (our whole lane) never get any mail on a Monday, which has become something of a joke. Do they only work certain days? It seems insulting when we live so close to the sorting centre. It feels like they can't be bothered when they are within sight of the Sorting Office. Sometimes we will just have post on one day a week with handfuls of leaflets. I plan on lying in wait tomorrow and asking for names and phone numbers of bosses too.
