Baby Gym - done something stupid with the hanging toy

I washed them.

The ones with electronic bits in them. I know you're not supposed to, but I've bunged them in on the cool handwash setting in the washing machine before and they've survived fine, and it was pretty encrusted when I washed it today.

Only problem is, the tune is now jambed on play and it is DRIVING me COMPLETELY INSANE!

Any ideas:

a) how to SHUT the DAMN THING UP! Tried half an hour in the freezer and that worked temporarily until it warmed up again.
b) how to get it working properly again (yes, I know that's unlikely)
c) if anywhere sells simple baby gym toys singly. Can't be arsed to buy a whole new baby gym as we're unlikely to get much more use out of it.

DOH!

There might be some single toys on ebay I suppose.

I suggest putting the toy outside somewhere to hopefully come to its senses and be quiet

I think we bought extra gym pieces from Asda - they were Tiny Love too. I don't think any of them were the electronic ones though.

Hmm... question. Do I try pressing the middle to see if it's working again or is that a fatal error?

Ah, it seems to have run out of battery and given up the ghost completely

May just leave it like that... was an irritating tune anyway.
