i knwo they exist clocks for toddlers that the eyes of the rabbit are shut until the predesigned time that they open, to teach small children when they can and can't get out of bed.

Does anyone know where i would get one from?

a friend bought one of these and said the novelty wore off quick - have you tried a black out blind? you can get them at argos very cheap or in the meantime tape black paper or card to the window. if ds/dd getting up very early - are they hungry? could you give him/her a snack just before bedtime? or have a special toy they only have in the bedroom that may keep him/her occupied. its so bloomin hard when there is not enough sleep - i would be such a serene mummy if i could have an extra hour each morning
