Vinted bundles buying help

I've only ever bought on Vinted, not sold. I've bought plenty of bundles, ie multiple items from one seller with combined postage.

Since yesterday I've been trying to do that in the usual way - go to the seller's shop, click "shop" next to shop bundles, and select the items I want. Previously I could then just buy the items, but now it says "request bundle" and then "ask seller". If I click on that it starts a conversation with the seller and tells me to message the seller if I want to buy. So I send a message saying can I buy the items and 3 sellers have come back to me sounding slightly confused saying yes of course, just go ahead and buy them, but I don't have the option to.

I'm feeling v confused! Messaged Vinted for help but had a v automated reply. Does anyone know if the seller has to do anything? Vinted hinted that they have to approve the parcel size - but I've never had this before!

Any help appreciated as I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it! Thanks

It's so strange! In the meantime half the stuff I wanted has been sold, anyway!

Vinted help have just got back to me to say this:

Please ask the seller to enable all available shipping providers to ensure that shipping providers compatible with the item category and your location are selected.

If that doesn't help, please come back to us, and we will look into the matter further. Just keep in mind that, in order to troubleshoot more effectively, we will need to know the item name (or a screenshot), as well as the username of the seller.

Make sure to send me this information within 24 hours, or this conversation window will close.

But it doesn't seem make sense to me that this has never happened before but now 3 times with 3 different sellers in one day! But will send him the info and see if that helps.

Thanks for the info. It keeps happening to me still and I have all postage options available/enabled

Hello @rllrsk8 , mine have started working today again, had to recreate the bundle and I got the buttons for all the ones I couldn’t yesterday.. weird, try on your side- good luck
