Me and DH want to get a camcorder for this Christmas. Last year DS wasn't greatly fussed but this year he's really getting into it. We've got some vouchers for Jessops and want to get something under £300, the cheaper the better really but haven't a clue what to get.

Any help, greatfully received.

I have nothing to add as we too want a camcorder. I wouldn't mind one that takes digitial pictures as well
