Phil and Ted's E3 stroller

If I have two kids in this stroller, where can I hang my diaper bag and put my grocery bags?

I have the pannier bags so I use one to keep baby change stuff in and the other for groceries. The rest has to go in a rucksack or be carried by hand. I haven't found it too much of a problem as I usually use a home delivery service for my bulky items but I do miss having a big shopping basket.
