I bought a piece of furniture on Wowcher. The item was faulty. I requested a refund from the merchant and was told the amount of the item was refunded to my 'Wowcher' wallet, but they didn't return the postage. How do you get this cost refunded?
Next I cannot work out how to get my money from the 'wallet' back to my bank account. Can this be done? Is there a customer service number or phone number I can call as I cannot seem to find anything and finding this very stressful while on a fixed income during maternity leave.
Any advice gladly received.
