A couple of P&Ts questions

Can someone tell me what sort of age/size the cocoon is useful up to? If I go on an aeroplane will I need a travel cover for the P&Ts or does it stay "together" pretty well?

Don't know about the cocoon, as dd2 was 5 months when she went into it, so used back seat reclined.

Haven't travelled yet wiht ours, but about o, and we have the tracel bag. It doesn't clip together that well, and I reckon it could do with the protection.

Bringing this back to the top. Does anyone actually KNOW if the doubles seat from the E3 v2 will fit on the back of the new sport model?????

CarGirl · 07/03/2008 12:59

Mrs Fogi I reckon the cocoon will fit up to the average height 4 month old.

I would recommend a travel bag for it as the airlines don't tend to treat prams nicely! It would be a wise investment.

I find it a PITA to clip together. It is supposed to clip on 2 sides when folded up but I can only manage to do it on one side. And bits fall off when folding it. PerhAPS IT IS JUST ME.[HMM]

Would defintely go for some sort of cover.

Sorry, ds 'helping'

cocoon good til 4mths max

deffo get a travel bag if you need to fly with it. It doesn't stay together well at all

I think E3 v2 and Sport are interchangeable but to be sure contact them direct

CarGirl · 07/03/2008 21:13

Anyone else actually tried interchanging the doubles seats?

If you go on an aeroplane, I'd probably advise getting a lighter buggy - the P&T is very heavy. If it's just a short trip, it'd be worth buying a lightweight cheapo one and using a sling/backpack for the smaller child, IMO.
