We have a Hotpoint condenser which is in our garage and the only reason we went for a condensor over a tumble dryer. Would have preferred a tumble dryer.

The water container in the condenser fills up by the end of approx every 3 washes and if you foget to check it before you start drying, you may find that you have it running for an hour, go to empty it and everything's still wet as the container was too full for it to work.
Hope this helps!

We have a Zanussi Condenser Dryer and can't recommned it highly enough. It is model TCE 7124E. We bought it in Ireland and it was mid range price. It has a number of different settings so you can choose how dry you want stuff to be. You have to empty the drawer every 3 washes or so but it beeps to let you know it needs to be done and doesn't keep going if it is full so the hotpoint problem is not an issue. It also has a huge capacity and I love it!!!! By the way am not an agent for Zanussi!!!!!

we have a hotpoint washer and were very pleased with it...i like the idea of it beeping to tell you to empty it!
