FAO melbobson, or anyone who knows about ipods, please help!!

i have put one of my albums onto the computer, now how do i get it from the computer to my ipod???
i cant seem to find any way of doing it!

You need to put the album into iTunes. Have you done that? And then you have to tell iTunes to put the album on your iPod ...

no, do i have to go onto itunes website? i am completely thick about this!

Connect your ipod to the pc/laptop and start up itunes (assume you've put the cd onto itunes). It will do it automatically.

If you don't have an itunes disc (they usually come with the ipod, then download it from itunes apple site.

just finding itunes now

go to apple.com and download itunes onto your pc

upload the cd onto itunes

connect ipod to computer, it will synchronise and add music to ipod

i dont have the cd, i think i am just getting itunes now, i think it is an american site though!!

They have a uk bit to click on IIRC. Am not sure it matters, when you load it up it will ask you where you are.

you shouldn't need an account straight away, just download it onto your computer

if you want to buy music from itunes, then when it is installed, go to itunes store, find something you want to buy, click buy then follow the instructions

once its installed

open itunes

then insert your cd, and it will add it to itunes

then sync your ipod and you're done

oh, i dont frigging know how to do it. i cant find itunes in my computer, but it says it has installed it.

i got my ipod from melbobson, with all her music on it, but wanted to add more.

i have got the disc which you register to your computer. that seems to have gone well. does it still mean i cant use the ipod with my computer?
