Any cheap skincare recommendations?

I'm going to have to give up Dr Hauschka after a great year, I just can't afford it any more. So any good thoughts on a cheap cleanser/toner/moisturiser sequence that won't send my skin into orbit? I have v dry skin in some bits but also have PCOS so vast explosions of hormonal acne are a perpetual risk. I need something gentle but not so gentle that you feel as if the cleanser doesn't remove anything IYSWIM. Looking at the Avon catalogue today, also particularly keen on anything I can order online.
Cheers and thanks!
