Has anyone else had issues ?
I returned some items, using their recommended Royal Mail collection. Ordered some more things and a week later returned a jumper from second order. Have had the confirmation and refund for second small return but the one that was collected a week earlier and was over £100, have heard nothing.
There is no contact number on the website, you have to submit a message which I have done three times now m first being over a week ago.
Am at a loss as to what to do
They don't have twitter
Have sent Facebook message which has also been ignored
Any ideas ?
