Has anyone managed to return sales items after the last date for returns?
Bought 2 of the same dresses for my mum for her to try for size and none of them fit, so went to return them, except that the last day to return had passed by five days.
M&S give two weeks to return items and the date is at the bottom of the receipt but I hadn’t paid attention.
Stupidly thought that it was a normal 35 day returns. They’ve said that they can’t take them back and can’t offer a refund on a gift card or anything which is not what I wanted to hear!
