My DP is a hoarder - WWYD

Help - my DP is a shopaholic and a hoarder. This isn't anything new but they can't see it and I don't know what to do. All but a tiny fraction of their earnings go on whatever they see on Amazon etc. Almost every day there's a delivery and to make matter worse they will never throw things away - the garage is full, the loft is full, last year we turned a bedroom into a storage area and that's now full. We often have four or five of the same things because they can't find what they want in the hoard and it's easier to buy another one. Even twenty year old blankets which haven't been used for 19 years can't be thrown out. At some point the house is just going to explode. WWYD? They just can't see it. The attitude is it's their money to spend how they want even though they end up doing more overtime (which they hate) to finance it. We're approaching retirement age but we're nowhere close to where we should be with savings. It's a real worry and to make things worse I'm also a hoarder (although I don't buy much and therefore have a lot less to hoard).
