Best detergent for stains

Can someone recommend a good stain remover detergent (that smells nice!) for clothes. DS1 is in nursery so his clothes get really dirty and I'm struggling to get stains off. I've moved from Fairy to Bold, have used OXO powder to no avail. I run the machine at 40 with his clothes on the dry setting but the simplest stains either from his or our clothes aren't coming off!

I work full time so I don't have time to soak, scrub etc. I'm wondering whether it's the washing machine simply not working properly, it's just over two years old though.

Hello - did you have any joy with this? I've come on here with the same problem. Although, I suspect it might the washing machine, it's being replaced in the next six months but the problem still remains until then!

Unfortunately not ☹️ I've been recommended Napisan which I've used and doesn't help, perhaps it is the washing machine, it's a washer/dryer combi so I'm wondering whether it's having an affect on efficiency. We're looking to buy a separate dryer to see if that helps. Let me know if you find anything!

I shall! Thanks for getting back to me. I think it’s just the washing machine is old. The detergent drawers doesn’t drain very well so there’s obviously a blockage somewhere,
might be to do with that. Roll on new one
machine!
