Can anyone give advice as to the best way forward.
Seller sold a small football related bundle to me. I pay full price but not the extra £1.10 protection as the goods were £10 full price, didn’t seem worth it. Of course the bundle comes with a key element missing 🤦🏻♀️
Seller tells me in the chat they didn’t put it in. Apparently in the end it didn’t match so left it out. Refuses to send it on or an equivalent which I’ve said I’d accept. So I’m now being hit with the postage to return. I have discussed with the seller as instructed to do so in the T&Cs. Seller says doesn’t care if I write a poor review, they aren’t paying return postage.
Is that it now? I’m either out of pocket by accepting it or out of pocket by returning it?
