is there anywhere on upper street? there's a nice clothes/shoe shop near cross street iirc - they had some gorgeous shoes and boots in the window last time i walked past

Would it be worth looking in New Look up Holloway Road? They actually do some rather nice shoes, although I think it's quite a small branch

Maybe Hobbs. They've got some gorgeous brown suede ones with a tiny platform and toggles at the front, a bit 1940s secretary though.
