one of the back wheels has fallen off, and the little 'release' button will not eject itself when we put the wheel back into position. Anyone had this problem and fixed it? or any suggestions please?
our Zapp is 18 months old.

Yea call them up and see what they can do about it...if the wheel is damaged or anything is damaged they should cover for it if its still under guarantee.

I was once at a baby store and this woman came in with her buzz as her front wheel came off, and the lady working there gave her a new wheel and fixed it for her.
