I've had an email from them apologising for the inconvenience and offering me a £30 voucher against the price of their other bouncy castles.

Anyone else had one, who tried to order the ridiculously cheap one?

Hi weve not had this email. We also ordered and got confirmation. Knew we wouldnt really get one anyway but had to try! Did you complain about not getting one? Is this why they have sent you the voucher?

LyraSilvertongue · 25/02/2008 23:15

I haven't had any offers of a voucher.

bonkerz · 25/02/2008 23:15

i ordered one on the off chance of a super bargain but havent had the email you mention.

No voucher here either. I'm still disappointed. I only wanted one and feel they may have honoured it if so many dweebs hadn't ordered hundreds at a time.

kidsrus · 25/02/2008 23:20

i haven't had a voucher off to check my email now!
(not that i really wanted a bouncy castle, it was just too rude to say no to such a good offer!)

Yes - greedy sods!

Someone on one of the other forums suggested that this could have been a clever marketing ploy. Focus have now got details of hundreds of possible interested bouncy castle purchasers. Good idea to now send them a £30 voucher????
