Over the last year or so I’ve put on a bit of weight. This is most noticeable around my tummy. I’ve had 3 surgeries and I’ve always had a bit of a pouch/flap (🤮 sorry if tmi) near my knicker line because of that. Now, even things that fit me have a bit of an unsightly bulge. I’m dreading my holidays because I’m worried about how noticeable it will be in my clothes or swimsuit. I’m now on the hunt for some undies that will help to hold my tummy in without shoving all my internal organs into my throat. Something comfy but effective. Any help?
