Bumbo and Bebepod seats

Has anyone used either of these baby seats
? Does anyone know whether there is a lot of difference between them and did you find them useful?

I had one for ds but he didnt like it much and always strained backwards to get out of it. I ended up giving it away to a friend who had just had a baby to see if her lo liked it any better. The bebepod ones have a tray too so might keep your lo more amused

sorry, I had a bumbo that ds didnt like and havent tried the bebepod (didnt make it too clear in previous post)

I bought bebepod for my ds when he was about 5 mnths - he straightened his body and managed to push himself backwards and out of the seat so i took it straight back!

I have a bumbo and it is useful as LO can sit up with her siblings, which she really likes.

I didn't get on with the Bumbo either. Ds2 didn't like the rubbery feel of it and kept trying to dive out. Tbh he never looked that comfortable in it.
I sold mine on Netmums for a fiver !!

My DD had a bumbo and really loved it.

my ds worked out how to escape from his bumbo in three weeks..he was five months too!had thrown out the box by then so now it's hiding in a cupboard...

Tried a friends bumbo. pointless pants! ds3 did the same straining thing to get out, just wasn't safe or comfy for him. So glad I didn't buy one

thanks for your opinions, sounds like it isn't worth buying a bumbo then.
