beaties toy shop

i'm looking for a doodles the dog and have heard tht beaties toy shop sell them. does anyone know where beaties is and if they have a website. i'm in scotland and not sure if the have any shops here. please help as i am desperate for one for dd (20 months) christmas.

beatties is a department store in the Midlands - no shopping site but i think will probably take orders over the phone and post out

There is, or certainly used to be, a toy shop called Beatties. It was primarily a model and hobby shop, selling railway stuff, Airfix, fantasy games etc but also had other toys last time we were in one (about a year or so). This was in the south of England though, so no idea how far nationwide the branches went.

does anyone have a beaties nearby or know if they are still open. can't find a website which i thought was unusual.

Where abouts in Scotland are you. There used to be one in Perth (Canal Street) but I now live in England so don't know if it still there. It was spelt BEATTIES, same shop as LizS sold models etc and a few other bits and bobs. Toymaster might have them
